Metrodra is a medical facility startup; I was hired for the Patient Liaison position and within months offered to create a new role as the “Patient Navigation Manager.” The position is organizing and managing ten personnel on the Patient Access team. Duties include overseeing recruitment, hiring, training, management, conducting quarterly one-on-one meetings, reporting weekly successes and areas for improvement to administration.Streamlined the scheduling process to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction. Collaborated with other managers to mitigate workplace situations, created a build human relations with patients as the main point of contact for quality improvement, and improve interdepartmental communication. Enhancing communication within the team and patients, continuous learning to acquire and apply new skills efficiently for our team.

Responsibilities started as an Orthodontic assistant. Was moved unto a hybrid position with being an orthodontic assistant, front desk and administration responsibilities.
