Working on-site provided me with the opportunity to develop strong interpersonal skills while troubleshooting technical issues. Being in the same building as most of my CS classes was pretty sweet too!As the owner and lead computer technician of Owego IT, I successfully managed my own business for almost three years. This experience taught me valuable skills in time management, customer relationship management, and leadership. I provided my community with affordable (and sometimes free) tech support, computer repair, and IT consulting.I am a recent graduate of Tompkins Cortland Community College, where I earned an A.A.S. as a Computer Support Specialist. During my time at the college, I served as Vice President of the Student Government Association and President of both the Strategy Gaming Club and Gaming Club. I held many events for my college and made a lot of memories with my friends and colleagues.
