I manage the entire I.T. system including servers, workstations, networking equipment (firewalls, routers, switches, wiring (copper and fiber), wireless system), copiers, fax machines, SMARTBoards, projectors, phone system, videoconferencing systems, circuits, licensing, etc. as well as the I.T. budget, user support, and project management. I was also involved in designing the new gym for our campus.

First contact of tech support for company employees both onsite and remotely (coast-to-coast). Handled all PC matters including setting up and fixing the PCs and printers. Handled some server activities like LDAP management and spam filtering. Traveled to remote sites to replace networking equipment, implemented backup servers, and replace PCs.

Main contact for all desktop issues both onsite and at remote locations. Configured and fixed all company PCs and installed software upgrades and patches as needed. Traveled to remote sites as needed for onsite support.
