Second was my IT role as a Systems Administrator. I migrated the company from manual administration of all company information to a fully digital multi-unit administration system that I had designed special from the ground up. I was tasked to implement the system across all company locations in the city. This freed up approximately an additional 30 hrs/month per location for managers to focus on other tasks measurably increasing overall accuracy, productivity and efficiency of their respective restaurants. After designing the software for data management processing of the accreditation process I was contracted by many schools (K-12) throughout BC to provide outsourced data entry and data management work utilizing the software I had designed.
