My main responsibility was to deliver Microsoft 365 cloud solutions to our nonprofit clients. I was responsible with managing these projects from start to finish, providing customer support, and training as the clients adopt new technologies. I was also involved with creating and developing standards for our project delivery team, documentation, and project scoping.Most of my projects revolved around having clients move their files to SharePoint Online/MS Teams. Additionally, I performed email migrations to M365, provided SharePoint/Teams training, and configured Autopilot via Microsoft Endpoint Manager.My greatest strength is in communicating with the client in order to manage expectations and strategizing tasks in order to deliver the project on schedule.

As an IT administrator, I worked on the 501 Commons Help Desk to provide IT support for our 50+ nonprofit clients. Aside from general support, I also provided server management, device management, and Microsoft 365 administration.With the shift towards working at home, we were able to manage client VPN connections, remote work policies, and helping shift clients towards SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.With a limited technical background going into this position, I demonstrated my quick learning and ability to explain issues in non-technical terms, to build trust with clients that their problems were resolved or actively being addressed.

IPPE is an organization that works to create study abroad expeditions to learn how the environment can be utilized to promote peace in sustainable ways, as well as giving students unforgettable experiences to truly grasp the concepts of the course. I worked remotely to create a study abroad course for undergraduate and graduate level students, in partnership with Ohio University to learn about how the environment can promote peace, with the focus on Hiroshima Peace Park and the Korean Demilitarized Zone.
