I have gained much experience in several areas of business, sport, and community engagement centered around relationship management, sales, and fundraising. I am always looking for a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment. I am confident in tackling challenges head-on and finding best-fit solutions.Recognized as both a dedicated team player and leader, I find it most important to develop long-term relationships that promote client satisfaction and retention. I understand general business principles, communication tactics, data analysis, and consulting foundations. I am passionate about helping others and hold several volunteer positions within the community. I serve on several non-profit boards, including Big Brothers Big Sisters Kansas City's JEDI Advisory Board, Baylor University's Board of Advocates, and the Kansas City Sports Commission and Foundation's Emerging Leaders Board.I graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Management and a minor in Corporate Communications. I also hold a Master of Science in Education (M.S.E.) and am currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from the University of Kansas.
