During my time with the Coast Guard I played an integral role in standing up all security at the new Base New Orleans that is now the model for all Coast Guard bases built. While simultaneously meeting the demands of the FBI for the security of evidence for the BP oil spill lawsuit.Highlights:Communicated effectively with multiple departments while overseeing the physical construction of the $190 million dollar Base New Orleans Facility.Designed and executed the physical security plans for all doors and passageways of Base New Orleans, Including over 175 electronic doors with multiple types of credentials and access control software including Schlage SMS access control systems.Designed Base New Orleans IP camera system and became proficient with all software and hardware in order to maintain it.Designed and installed an uninterruptable power solution for all base security to ensure zero downtime even through hurricanes and base wide power failure.Was loaned to the FBI for a year to catalog evidence and ensure proper chain of custody and surveillance was followed at all times for evidence.Setup and maintained the Maximo preventative maintenance system for the facility.Earned excellent marks on performance reviews, with citations for excellence in areas including work volume, accuracy and quality; ability to learn and master new concepts; positive work ethic; and commitment to providing unsurpassed service.Currently hold a Secret clearance with the Department of Homeland Security
