As a Market Lead at Clarity, my mission is to drive our company's growth within the Air Force and Space Force. That means I work to understand the places where the Air Force could benefit from the services we provide and put together the best possible team to support each of those efforts. Our team places the needs of the mission at the forefront, from our individual contributors up through the company's leadership team. We want to see the United States dominate the competition, tapping into all the potential from our substantial technology advantages in the private sector.I had an amazing experience serving our country in the Air Force for 12 years as an Aircraft Maintenance Officer (21A) and Program Manager (63A). My wife and I traveled the world and our country, grew our family, and made lots of friends along the way. Meanwhile I was able to get operational exposure as a maintenance officer on F-16s, where I learned about our existing COCOM commitments; C-130s, where I learned about combat airlift; and F-35s, where I learned about all that goes into sustaining fifth-gen fighters. My time on the F-35 also includes a pair of assignments on the Program Office side of the house, including a stint at Kessel Run where I learned enough about software on Mad Hatter to love the work and to want to continue being involved. Although my Uniform of the Day is different than it used to be, I still bleed AF blue and I'm excited to continue supporting our mission as a defense contractor - one of the good ones, I hope.
