The initiative increased market share of this customer segment from 3-5% to 20-25%, or by $20-50 million over three years.On another project, I initiated a nearly $2 million-dollar renovation of a company’s North American distribution process, improving order fulfillment delivery from 93% on time to 99+%. The project also increased order accuracy to 99%.
