I am advising senior executives of Swiss and European companies on transformations, profit improvement programmes or turnarounds, reorganization and Post Merger Integration projects.Additionally, I serve on the Advisory board of the Economics Department of the University of Zurich and the global Board of Global Dignity. I served on the boards of medium-sized privately owned companies.
