Senior Associate Talent Acquisition - Executive Search
CurrentKorn Ferry is a professional services firm listed on NYSE, that operates through four business segments: Executive Search, Consulting, Digital, RPO and Middle Management with +6000 employees. Within executive talent acquisition, I report to the senior client partners from different industries (Mainly Insurance and Life Sciences and Industry among others).I manage the full lifecycle recruitment process , client´s stakeholders and candidate´s journey for national and international searches. Main areas of responsibility:• Search strategy design, Market analysis, Screening, Sourcing, Candidate attraction and closing offer. I partner with client stakeholders at all levels and functions to ensure the accurate hiring.• Talent mappings, reports, client advice, candidate’s interviews, reference taking, offer negotiation... • Market intelligence Data analysis to identify trends and relevant information with regards to company´s structures, profiles, industries, C&B, skills, executive traits and motivations, talent communities within different functions / sectors, etc. translating numbers and KPI into criteria for decision making.• Assessment KF Methodology: KF has an R&D department with global HR big data to develop the best assessment and talent tools that we use within every project to identify the most suitable candidate for each company from a 360 perspective (Experiences, Competencies, Traits and Drivers) • Assessment & Development: Internal client employee´s assessments against external market capabilities to identify gaps and development areas. • Ensure high quality candidate journey along the hiring lifecycle by managing relationship with them.• Compliance and Excellence: Ensure strong KF standard procedures are met and technical documentation are revised and verified.Relevant Achievements: Succeeded in managing more than +200 searches at national and international level within different executive committee roles in diverse industries.
