I am a recent graduate of Buffalo State University (class of 2024) where I obtained a BFA in Fiber Art. This is my second Baccalaureate Degree in the Visual Arts, after having graduated from North Carolina State University in 2008 with a BA in Applied Visual Arts. I plan on pursuing NYS certification for K-12 Art Education and a M.Ed Art Education in the near future. Prior to returning to academia in 2021, I worked in the sales departments of various independent luxury design manufacturers, culminating with the title of Director of Sales Operations in that particular career path. As a Design Sales Professional, my employers were concentrated in and around New York City with a sales and marketing focus on national and international luxury and high-end residential and commercial lighting markets.Additionally, I am a working musician with DJ residencies in Brooklyn and Buffalo, NY. I have over seven years experience with coordinating independent event production, booking creative talent, A/V, and set design.
