Customer Service Specialist
CurrentIn my role I work remotely to answer incoming phone calls addressing a variety of customers needs. I am responsible for the daily processes of enrolling new customers, cancelling accounts for customers leaving, creating billing accounts and routing them for driver ease. I evaluate route tracking software to ensure that customer pick ups are not being missed and I work to schedule deliveries of product around the companies infrastructure needs. I work with a team of like minded professionals to help promote and educate both existing and potential customers on the importance of recycling for our environment as well as composting and how our company strives to minimize the carbon foot print of our community through a dedicated recycling program and managing the leading composting facilities in the state.
