In my role I work remotely to answer incoming phone calls addressing a variety of customers needs. I am responsible for the daily processes of enrolling new customers, cancelling accounts for customers leaving, creating billing accounts and routing them for driver ease. I evaluate route tracking software to ensure that customer pick ups are not being missed and I work to schedule deliveries of product around the companies infrastructure needs. I work with a team of like minded professionals to help promote and educate both existing and potential customers on the importance of recycling for our environment as well as composting and how our company strives to minimize the carbon foot print of our community through a dedicated recycling program and managing the leading composting facilities in the state.

I was responsible for the day to day operations of the Petsmart training classes and training area. This includes scheduling classes and maintaining attendance logs, enrollment contracts and curriculum updates as well as well as teaching a variety of skills to pets and pet parents. I provided pet parents with the guidance that they need to understand and accomplish all training needs using the methods of positive reinforcement. I partnered with the grooming salon to improve on dog behavior in salons creating a safe learning and grooming environment. I was in constant communication with store leaders and networked with accredited trainers at other locations to ensure that I was providing each student with the most up to date training using the most scientifically proven training methodologies.

My daily tasks included using customers preferred contact methods to schedule final measurement of window and door orders while ensuring logistically those routes were efficient for our measure technician. I processed all final measurements paperwork and submitted to the purchasing department. Once window products arrived I managed the install scheduled it all 12 install teams to ensure fast and easy installation processes for customers and installers. After completion of installation I would reach out to customers to go over their warranty, any questions about the operation of the ordered product and to discuss final payment.

In my role as Youth Activities and Events Director I was responsible for the daily operations of the Nursery, Adventure Room and any youth activities like sports clinics and birthday parties. I managed all staff training, certification records as well as conducting interviews, guiding struggling staff toward improvement and on occasion the dismissal of staff who were no longer a fit for the company. I provided creative social media content for our location and email blasts to increase traffic to the club and overall revenue. When needed I assist other departments to ensure adequate staffing in areas like courtesy services and membership sales. These tasks included the selling of memberships, club tours, and answering any billing questions to members.

As an Adoption Coordinator I partnered with all staff and volunteer counselors to discuss the needs of each pet on our adoption floor. We would discuss any necessary restrictions to ensure the safety of the pets and potential adopters. I reviewed adoption applications, contacted landlords to verify pet policies and reviewed county assessor documentation to verify ownership of homes when necessary. Our team interviewed adoption applicants to determine what type of pet would be the best fit and to make those matches, and to deny applications when the safety of the animal was a concern. We regularly partnered with our animal control team to verify any legal concerns regarding ownership and partnered with animal control teams in surrounding districts. I reviewed the adoption contract with adopters and submitted all paperwork to the licensing team for finalization after processing payment of the adoption fee.

As a swim instructor I was responsible for teaching all levels of swimmers the foundations and specifics of each stroke and helping people build confidence in the water and help them to become water safe. As a lifeguard I was responsible for the daily cleaning of the pool and maintaining a safe swimming environment for all.
