As a project coordinator I manage multiple projects across the membership & manufacturing vertical from close of sale to product launch. My key responsibilities are: - Lead project kick offs both internally and with our clients- Provide our clients with the resources for a successful implementation (training material, access to the software, and Basecamp)- Collaborate with clients to identify goals, create tasks, and align on scope of work -Maintain open communication with project stakeholders to review project successes, risks, and challenges- Manage projects to ensure our clients stay on track to meet their launch goal- Schedule logistics for onsite, virtual consulting, and ongoing meetings- Collaborate across functional teams to improve client experience- Track and monitor project issues to completion- Meeting minutes - Identify potential project risks before they occur- Negotiate and communicate changes involving the project scope and schedule - Manage relationships to achieve project success- Encourage and recognize valuable contributions from the project team- Stress integrity and accountability to achieve expectations set with the client- Actively pursuing a PMP certification
