Promoted to Senior Data Analyst after 1 year, successfully recruited and managed 2 Analysts and a Data Science Intern. - First person in a data role in the company, I transitioned from a non-technical position, developing my technical skillset on the job and pioneering cord's data function alongside our CTO- Extensive experience building dashboards and presenting data visualisations in Mode Analytics (using SQL) and Google Sheets- Experience using python notebooks to enhance data exploration- Conducted and analysed user research in collaboration with Product team to inform product improvements and ensure user-centred design- Built a data report search engine using Streamlit, reducing time to access insights by 70%

I joined cord when the company was still an early-stage startup, as the first permanent hire into the People Growth team. In this position I was responsible for growing the candidate-side of cord's platform, through calling and emailing, and was promoted to Senior People Growth Executive within 9 months of joining. During this position I held positions of responsibility in managing our company Trustpilot account and maintaining team data sheets including data on hires and weekly People Growth team reporting. I also played a key role in training new starters in the team. Through my keen interest in team data reporting I transitioned from this role to a Data Analyst role in the Tech & Product team.

Acting as a face of the organisation, fielding queries and requests both face-to-face and over the phone, alongside administrative duties to support the daily running of the surgery. Positions of responsibility: - Weekly ordering medical supplies from pathology labs. - Access to and being responsible for sensitive patient information. - Opening/closing surgery sites, ensuring all confidential information is locked away. - Keeping clinicians’ rooms stocked with medical equipment. When I started here this was a single surgery with two sites, which then took part in a five-surgery merge in July 2018 to become HMG. Our patient population increased from 9,000 to 48,000.

- Producing reports for the workforce analytics team, allowing for analysis of data relating to council employees. - Supporting staff workloads across different areas of HR. - Shadowing various HR team members, attending meetings and producing data to be used in projects as a result of these meetings. This began as a summer internship. When this finished I was offered a casual contract to continue supporting the Workforce Analytics team in monthly validation reports.
