I oversee the Technical Team of the FINEX Professional indemnity department. We handle all Compliance/Technical needs of the whole team of 80 people. This includes client account queries, insurance taxes, Metrics and KCO requirements set by the FCA, Market Reform Contract requirements, Insurer payment queries, checking all documentation that is generated by the team for both clients and Insurers to ensure they are correct and adhere to all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Ensuring that all Market documentation and client documentation met the Willis and London market standards including all regulatory and compliance requirements

Producing Cover Notes, Addendum and Debit/Credit Notes. Submitting slips and LPans to the LPSO and IUA. Producing Slips and policies for the FINPRO team
