As Senior Vice President for Client Solutions at ResultsCX, I’m responsible for orchestrating the development of an integrated go-to-market strategy for business growth and serve as the senior point of contact for all clients.I excel at cultivating client relationships, which put people and seamless processes, at the heart of our engagements. With over 30 years of experience in the BPO industry which includes a decade dedicated to healthcare solutions and outsourcing, I am responsible for growing large global accounts and enhancing customer satisfaction and bottom-line performance. People are my passion, and my success stems from my expertise in constructing high-performing diverse teams across key client sectors. I’m also a compassionate leader and a huge advocate for empowering women in business. I always put people and family as a top priority – this likely stems from being one of seven children – family is a big part of my life!Outside of my work life, I find joy in watching women's volleyball, the Nebraska Cornhuskers are my team.
