As the Head of Customer Education, I create instructional content and lead trainings for Custom Charts users.

As a Senior Process Consultant, I work directly with clients to deliver best-in-class solutions utilizing the Atlassian product suite and ancillary products. Projects involve identifying and leveraging technologies and frameworks (ITIL, agile, SAFe) of the business, and translating that into the configuration of the Atlassian tools to best support the organization. In this role, I also work directly with clients to train them on the Atlassian tools, and, to create process and organizational change management documentation.
