• The Delivery team manages the client relationship from the completion of the sales cycle to the delivery of their project to our expert audience. As a leader on this team, I wear many hats.

• Created and implemented two new sustainable event series to fill identified gaps in the competition pipeline: Revolution Tour and the Race to the Cup.
• Responsible for building and supporting the athlete pipeline, resulting in a clear path to qualify for the US Snowboarding national team.
