Maintain the inventory of parts for both white car fleet and bus fleet. Create and maintain inventory management tool. Work in partnership with mechanics and lead to ensure they have what they need. Working for the Community Education Department providing Program Support for multiple programs. My programs include Club C.U.S.D. which is after school enrichment classes and Summer Academy. I offer administrative support for both of these programs within our department which includes payroll, ordering of supplies, and coordination with vendors. I am the direct contact for the vendors for our Club C.U.S.D. programs. I ensure all invoices get processed and paid as well as generation of invoices for self-registering vendors. I monitor and offer input to the budgets for both programs. I collect on all invoices for self registering vendors by collecting rosters, generating invoices, following up on payment and documenting in budget ledger and QuickBooks. I answer parent phone calls and questions. I speak with potential vendors and direct them on the proper steps to fulfilling the RFP process to be placed on the vendor list. Interacting with all departments in the district as well as all schools, I assign custodial coverage as my programs need them and I ensure they have access to the necessary buildings. Working closely with my supervisor, we coordinate all after school enrichment programs and Summer Academy for all school levels as well as Chandler Academy of Performing Arts. We host a Vendor Fair annually at Chandler Center for the Arts. We conduct several presentations on our programs as well as an annual vendor training presentation.
