My journey has been marked by a combination of diverse experiences, from distinguished military service to driving product development in the tech industry.In my military career, I was deeply involved in strategic initiatives, contributing significantly to the transformation of the Kosovo Security Force into a full-fledged standing army. My efforts were recognized with three "Distinguished Service Medals" by both the civilian and military leadership, for my outstanding contributions. These experiences, including commanding the national team to a bronze victory in the Cambrian Patrol, have sharpened my leadership and strategic skills. My experience extends to leading numerous deployments abroad in multinational exercises, broadening my global perspective.While in the military, I freelanced into the academic realm as a writer and researcher, honing my analytical and critical thinking skills. This phase led me to a formative role at KODE Labs as a Product Manager, where I applied my diverse experiences to drive growth and innovation in product development.At Arcus, I leverage this blend of experiences to lead our team in delivering top-notch cybersecurity solutions.
