Implementing new and innovative formats of employer branding videos and social media campaigns, amongst other things in order to improve and support the recruitment process.Creating data reports via Google Analytics and fully supporting our clients in regard to employer branding and recruiting. Therefore co-decisionmaker for business development and strategic partnerships. I have been part of the team that managed to raise € 4M+ in capital funding. Furthermore, I have been responsible for budget planning and generating approximately 50% of the total turnover. Taking care of all of our corporate clients with our Key Account Management team.

Interdivisional management of the video production and content management teams. During this time the team has grown to 12 people and thus become the largest in the company. Responsible for the complete process from the creation and implementation of our video solutions. In total realizing over 2.500 videos on www.whatchado.com and further specialized projects.Apart from that, I am working as a Key Account Manager for the majority of our corporate clients. Realizing all the steps starting from the project kick-off, all the way to the implementation of our employer branding solutions. These were published on our platforms and the social media channels, websites and relevant offline touchpoints of our clients.

Planning and organizing all types of video shootings for internal and external purposes. Ranging from internal PR and marketing videos, up to professional employer branding videos for corporate clients and projects for humanitarian causes. Responsible for the project management of all created content and realizing over 1.000 produced videos within a year.

Working directly with the Department of Homeland Security and the US Consulate in Vienna.
