- Contributed to the manufacturing and testing of team-designed PCBs implemented in the team's first rover revision, which competed in the Canadian International Rover Challenge in August 2022- Led the development of a stepper motor driver PCB, which allows instructions from the system-on-module to be relayed to 6 stepper motors, controlling arm movement and the opening/closing of the claw- Contributed to the preliminary design of the V2 Arm Design through several design meetings with the Mechanical sub team; V2 is expected to be competing in the 2024/2025 academic year at URC and CIRC

Martian Moons eXploration (MMX) Laser Altimeter System- Led the debugging, in-lab testing, and verification of the MicroSemi ProASIC3 FPGA digital system from hardware integration of the engineering design unit through to the successful delivery of both flight models.- Updated the RTL logic design for engineering and flight models; this allowed the development of new features, implementation of algorithm changes, and resolving system bugs.- Developed and simulated the digital design for debugging and verification; testbenches were created using SystemVerilog/Verilog and simulated via Cadence Xcelium Simulator.- Created Python-based ground-support software to interface with the digital system, enabling environmental testing (vibration, EMI/EMC, TVAC, radiation) and in-lab calibration procedures. - Operated and verified the MMX system during offsite tests, including 2.2km range validation and deep-space radiation tests at TRIUMF, Canada’s national particle accelerator centre.Canadarm3 Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) System - Assisted in verifying FPGA designs for the LiDAR subsystem of the Canadarm3, Canada’s contribution to the NASA led Lunar Gateway mission, which aims to establish the first space station orbiting the moon and enable human exploration of the moon.- Verified the diagnostics of the LiDAR subsystem using UVM flow, developing reusable testbenches and stimulus to ensure comprehensive code coverage and improve bug detection.
