Project Manager helping clients to realise the benefits of IT transformations using SAP S/4 Hana Public Cloud.

PMO Lead working on delivering a global S/4 HANA Public Cloud solution for a Professional Services company. We successfully oversaw the go-live for multiple deployments around the globe. Tasks and responsibilities including:- Facilitated the weekly Project Management Meeting- Supported Project planning activities and project resourcing- Committee facilitator for the Change Control process through Design and Change Authority Boards- Maintenance of project governance site on the program for RAID logs, Change control, Requirements- In charge of invoicing and billing on Project.

● Conducted survey on damaged properties, creating reports and scopes of work during year between education.● Worked on housing insurance claims alongside highly skilled tradesmen, delivering a quality standard of work to customers. ● Large amount of contact with customers in high stress situations which required a large amount of empathy and emotional intelligence● Working with a team of over 20 tradesmen, adopting flexibility practices to adapt to changing situations.● Assisted in creating ‘Prep’ team responsible for lower skilled tasks needed to be carried out, saving on average of £3 per working hour.● Tasked with identifying, analysing and mitigating hazards of the work place.

Sixteen day period in 2017 in a specialised team of engineers and industrial cleaners in car component factory. Demonstrated qualities such as hard work ethic over 12 hour days and people management skills. Team work abilities were developed. Following year was asked to supervise the project which entailed organising the project, producing costings, setting realistic time scales and project plans using performance data from the previous year. Responsible for the health and safety of myself and 5 colleagues. Enhanced communication skills by liaising with maintenance engineers onsite to ensure work was arranged around their schedules. Learnt how to delegate tasks to ensure that all works were completed to deadlines.
