Leading the Eastern Region team responsible for safe, efficient and high quality delivery with suppliers through the Eastern Routes Partnership.Working with our supply chain and Route colleagues to deliver £1.5-£2bn through CP7 in the following disciplines:- Civil Engineering (structures & earthworks)- Buildings and Minor Enhancements (including Access for All schemes and "high street" delivery- Signalling and Telecoms (renewals and life extension)- Electrification and Plant (contact systems and and distribution / plant)- Creating a collaborative culture based on openness and trust that enables collective success.- Shaping the strategic direction of our renewals and minor enhancements portfolio.- Ensuring appropriate assurance is in place to underpin what we deliver.

Act as an ambassador for the PWI, both nationally and locally:- Direct, guide and support PWI sections within North East England.- Support PWI relationships with universities and colleges in North East England.- Help strengthen relations between the PWI and corporate member organisations.- Encourage professional development of industry colleagues, making use of the PWI and other relevant professional institutions.
