Design BAE Systems global support solutions for Military Fast Jet customers embedding enterprise architecture principles. Provide leadership to teams in the transformation from traditional military support principles to become a service focused business. In parallel ensure that existing customer operations are unaffected embedding appropriate assurance and governance framework, performance framework and mature new business opportunities through effective programme and technical management.

Primary responsibility for through life cost reduction of Military Fast Jet platforms, providing leadership and integration of cross functional and geographically dispersed teams in the delivery of Reliability, Maintainability and Testability improvements. This role required extensive collaboration with customers including the RAF, DE&S, and key partners in European Aerospace and Defence. The role requires high technical competency providing engineering governance across all phases of the Engineering Lifecycle, commercial acumen in securing investment for improvements to the Weapon System and associated Integrated Logistics Support.

Leadership of Supply Chain business improvements encompassing people, processes and tools for domestic and International military customers.

Successfully managed a multi-skilled capability team in design and delivery of Supply Chain capabilities to enhance Availability Contracts for Military Aerospace Customers (UK & International).

Technical project lead for improving through life support for the Avionics, General Systems and Structures equipment, partnering with UK DE&S on Mitlitary Aerospace platforms.

Lead multi-functional project teams for development of C3I systems, which are over £100m.

Company front line interface with the UK MoD and Strategic Partners for aircraft support solutions

Various placements for the application of BAE Systems Business Processes including; Lifecycle Management, Financial Planning, Performance Management and Engineering Framework

Assisted in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes in Ford plants across Europe including: Germany, France, Spain and Belgium
