Working closely with the Marketing Senior Planning Manager, my key responsibilities include:Monitoring of key performance indicators and optimisation initiatives to drive customer and revenue growth.Owning reporting across all channels, including Events, Print Advertising, PPC, SEO, Social, Email and Display.Daily, weekly and monthly reports. (Frequent use of Google Analytics).Presenting findings to key stakeholders around the business, including executive board.Holding channel heads to account on their performance and establishing what’s working well and what’s not.Providing insight into customer behaviour.Ensuring all activities are performance monitored and delivered against a financial plan.Supporting in coordinating and implementing the marketing plan.Supporting in managing the marketing budget and spend (reviewed monthly againsttargets).

Assist, manage and deliver the annual marketing communications delivery plan. Working closely with the Marketing Communications & Planning Manager. Key responsibilities:‘Always on’ activities such as print inserts, adverts, email content and customer newsletters, working with insight led marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness and management of all customer communications throughout the customer journey.

Dataflow management, analysis and reporting. Specialist subjects include D0095 exceptions and settlement analysis, disputed meter readings and erroneous transfers. Experience with Elexon, MRASCo and SPAA practices.Key responsibilities: Dataflow management, B2B communications, portfolio management, acting as internal and external escalations contact for complaints, weekly and monthly reporting of settlement performance risks.Senior Contact for: Disputed Meter Readings Erroneous TransfersAchievements: Delivering/reviewing and presenting to the Operations Manager new processes for key functional areas of the team, assistance in audit preparation and leading exception management.

Key responsibilities: August - December 2011: assisting B2C communications in the resolution of Feed in Tariff (FiT) customer queries, complaints and payments. January 2012 - August 2012: Managing the B2B FiT Portfolio, establishing point of contacts with FiT Business Clients, attending weekly conference calls with Business FiT customers, 121 communications and dedicated contact to ensure exceptional customer service. Achievements: Successfully helping Good Energy grow their FiT customer base, consistent positive customer feedback from all B2B clients, maintaining a trusted role in the team and assisting the senior in managing a team of ten temporary staff during one of the company’s busiest and most challenging times.
