As Paid Media Manager, my main responsibility is to deliver exceptional Paid Media work and create impactful, business-focused strategies across multiple channels.Key aspects of my role include:* Providing Paid media recommendations for Verkeer clients.* Creating forward-thinking strategies for clients on Meta, LinkedIn, Google & Microsoft.* Sharing knowledge and understanding training requirements within the team.* Managing and optimising Paid Media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Display, and Programmatic platforms.* Building a great relationship with clients. * Identifying trends in data to improve targeting and ad performance.* Utilising tools like Google Analytics and Google DataStudio to piece together clients' full digital performance.

As Senior Paid Media Manager my main responsibility is to help steer the direction and education of the Paid team, whilst ensuring the quality and performance of multi-channel paid strategies that achieve client's key KPIs. Instead of working singularly on Paid Social or PPC channels, the team builds holistic strategies across multiple channels such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Microsoft and more to achieve results.As a Senior Paid Manager in the team my responsibilities within the role include: - Driving the operational and process development of the Paid team. - Having an operational view of the daily activity being delivered by the Paid team and unblocking any issues as they arise.- Ensuring that training and competencies are being addressed in the team in a timely fashion and that any skill gaps are filled proactively.- Providing pitch and campaign support to the Commercial team.- Supporting the Account Managers & Paid team in the delivery of multi-channel strategy that generate excellent results. - Line manage Paid Managers and Paid Leads - Facilitating weekly meetings with Paid team to discuss client performance & strategy and implement changes to improve performance where needed. - Supporting the Paid team in the daily optimisation of client accounts.

Moving into my role as Senior Social Media Manager involves overseeing management of the the social media team, as well as identifying, planning and actioning projects to assist in growing the service offering at Sleeping Giant Media.

As Social Media Manager for Sleeping Giant Media, I am focused on ensuring that not only do my clients receive a focused, performance driven Social Media campaign, but also that my team are also in the position to offer a similar level of excellence. Giant Campus was started as an educational branch to Sleeping Giant Media since 2016. From it's very beginning I have been involved in teaching the Social Animal course, and have since delivered over 30 sessions to people up and down the country. I have also had the opportunity to deliver courses in Belgium and streamed to audiences in DC. More recently, I have also delivered bespoke training courses to clients, as well as a LinkedIn training course.

Involves dealing with various jobs within the cinema from working on Box office (Selling tickets) and on the cinema floor (Cleaning screens, dealing with customer queries) as well as other areas. Also did an extended session in Projection (Running the films, dealing with adverts and general up keep).

Worked to organize and help run various university events such as open days. Doing various tasks to make sure that participants days were enjoyable and ran smoothly.
