After the DHL takeover of UK Mail, I gained promotion to the position of Assistant Online Marketing Manager. This role resulted in further responsibility including becoming the campaign lead across all online marketing material for the ipostparcels brand (now DHL Parcel UK)The list below illustrates some of the key tasks and responsibilities during my time with DHL Parcel in this role:- Campaign lead for ipostparcels.com- Sole management of all Social Media Marketing including paid and organic through numerous channels. (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat)- Research, recommendation and implementation of new software to help meet the business KPI's.- Management of Email Marketing to over 200,000 subscribers- Introduction of a customer profiling report to help implement a new email life cycle and reward scheme designed to put the customer first- Working alongside and leading the relationship with an array of external marketing agencies- Regularly updating content, experiences and offers on the 3 company websites through CMS- Complex weekly reporting to monitor performance and ensure positive results across all channels and campaigns

Upon leaving University, I gained employment at Sheffield International Venues, a company that managed 9 sporting venues, 3 entertainment venues and 4 golf courses at the time.Within this varied role, I worked on all areas of the marketing mix both online and offline, with a greater focus in my second year on all online channels.
