Current position:Associate Software Engineer. I help design, architect, develop, and implement many different solutions for internal and external stakeholders alike. I primarily work in React.js / Javascript and Python. I build both front end applications and the back-end API to support it. I deploy services to AWS (CloudFormation / S3 / ECS), and also build and setup automated software solutions using Jenkins. Previous Position:Technical Support Specialist.As a technical support specialist I was directly involved with helping our customer facing support team to help solve complex challenges in our systems. Much of this job was based in SQL, but also included in depth knowledge of our internal system structure for troubleshooting issues.

At WhereToLive.com, I was introduced to website development, software frameworks, hosting, network routing, and back-end applications. Meanwhile, gaining invaluable experience into many aspects of the development / IT environment. Eventually, I started programming. I began with SQL / TSQL, then moved onto HTML, CSS, and Python. By the end of my time with them, I was managing the support team and was a steak holder in sprint planning as the voice of our customers.

I began my career in technology at a CD and DVD replication device manufacturer back in 2007. There I was working with both the in house hardware, and software while helping to develop them both. After a few years in this position, I decided that I would like to get into the software development industry.
