-Graduate scheme providing experience in both customer and supplier facing supply chain functions.-6 months spent successfully managing the regional ‘Supply Chain Promotions’ team, responsible for the management of the weekly “Middle of Lidl”, “Limited Offer” and seasonal campaigns, generating turnover in excess of £28m p.a. throughout a region of 59 stores.Experience with:-Data Analysis & Demand Planning: Analysed data to accurately forecast demand uplifts for key seasonal periods, ensuring consistent and good availability of stock throughout the region.-Inventory management: Previously responsible for all direct-ambient lines within the RDC.-Process Improvement: Developed and implemented improvements to the planning, management & reporting of weekly ‘Lidl Plus’ promotions. Overcame silos and improved collaboration to improve performance in both sell-through and write off KPIs.

-Key responsibilities: Enabling the timely and efficient delivery of projects through the creation and maintenance of project plans and schedules, with a strong emphasis on project governance. A large portion of time was also spent liaising with other business departments and clients, tracking the progress of tasks-Achievements: I identified and implemented changes to improve the processes for tracking and documenting projects through their lifecycle. This improved the efficiency of project tracking and provided clear oversight on the progress of all deliverables, allowing Project Managers to identify and target areas for improvement. I was delighted to be able to make this contribution to the business-I was also seconded to the Customer Service team, where dealing with client tickets helped me further develop my communication and teamwork skills
