NBI Services Inc. 5-2014/12-2016District Field Superintendent & Project LeaderProduction Wells: Monitor daily productions of producing wells, testing with a TWA Echometer remote firing gun and polish rod dynamometer using TWM & TAM software in the assigned district, to maximize pump efficiency on rod pumps, plunger lifts and ESP pumps. Oversee all well completions; pump changes and fishing jobs in assigned district.Projects: Design and manage the installation of new production facilities (sizing production equipment for proper separation of oil, water and gas with limiting carry over of oil in to produced water tanks) and water transfer pipelines, (size pipelines for maximum allowable flow rate with in pressure rating of pipeline, work close with pump manufacturer for proper pump sizing for produced water transfer lines and saltwater disposal wells). Repair of current operating production facilities, and pipelines (maintenance of PD pumps, centrifugal pumps and associated equipment to produce oil and gas).Assist in preparing AFE for capital cost on new project as well as operating wells.

Production Wells: Monitored daily production of producing wells, track and report daily cost on a per well basis, maintain ESP pumps with in operating ranges.Disposal/Injection Wells: Monitored Saltwater Disposal's, designing of saltwater facility, sizing of pumps for saltwater disposals, regulate number of producing wells disposing of water into disposale well, with capacity of disposing water up to 50,000 barrels per day at 2000 psi.Pipeline Operations: Oversee design and construcion of 2" through 10" polypipe transportation lines for movement saltwater between producing wells and injection wells and report daily cost on a per project basis.Electrical: Oversee the installation of elecrtrical infrastucture, all 4/0 overhead and underground primary power lines. Oversee the installation of all secondary power on producing location and tank batteries.

Drilling: Oversee the well staking for new well locations with survey crew, design and oversee the construction of location.Production Wells: Oversee and design the new construction of tank batteries for producing wells.Disposale/Injection Wells: Designing of facility, sizing of pumps for saltwater disposal, capable of disposing 60,000 barrels of water per disposal well at 1500 psi, track and report daily cost on a per well basisPipeline Operations: Manage and design of new pipeline for saltwater transfer and transfer facilities, track and report cost on a per project basis.Electrical:Oversee the installation of elecrtrical infrastucture, all 4/0 overhead and underground primary power lines. Oversee the installation of all secondary power on prodcuing location and tank batteries.Scada/Telemtry: Managed the installation and operations of alarm system.
