I am responsible for testing in-development games ensuring all features are up to a release standard, provide a quality user experience, and are completed by a set launch date.I provide in-depth bug reports when in-game features are not up to standard that include detailed instructions on how to replicate the error through play.I am required to work quickly and efficiently to short, strict deadlines in a WFH environment.I am responsible for providing direction for the development team through the prioritisation of bugs found by outlining the severity of the bug from “Must fixes” to small quality of life changes.I frequently communicate with teams working on different game platforms to determine if bugs are present on more than one game system.

I was a member of the inbound stock management teamresponsible for ensuring large quantities of items were moved to the correct areas of the warehouse for storage by stowers.I worked to targeted rates showcasing attention to detail when picking and stowing to achieve targets in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment.I was in constant communication with the team via radio managing stock levels across the warehouse to ensure the stowers had a constant flow of work.

Provided volunteers from the society to support the student union in setting up the venue before the event, handing out flyers, selling and collecting tickets. Organising players on the roster to do a promotional photoshoot that was then used to help advertise the event on university social media pages.Reorganised club finances to ensure the society was financially sound by moving from a mix of sign-up fees and in-cash on-the-door payments for training sessions to a one-time card payment at the start of every term that covered all the player expenses, calculated based on how much registration fees cost, and how many times I needed to hire the rink over the course of a term. This secured funding over the course of the year, helping the society out of debt.Developed and maintained sponsorship relationships from local businesses such as the Phoenix bar, promising to provide a certain amount of custom as the society social venue and advertisement on team jerseys in return for financial support negotiated by the university.Developed the society learn-to-play scheme by enrolling First team members as coaching staff to help introduce and support new players to the sport, by first teaching them to skate and then learning the fundamentals of ice hockey.
