Responsible for the direction of all operations of Ann Arbor, MI based community bank. -Direct marketing efforts-Manage daily workflow of Loan Officers, Credit Analysts and Lending Administration staff-Ensure Loan Officers are balancing the delivery of excellent customer experiences, while ensuring credit standards are being followed-Provide daily oversight and supervision to credit analytics, asset management and credit administration staff-Develop, maintian and ensure proper internal controls are in place to assure compliance with credit policies and procedures-Coordinate collection efforts, workouts and credit restructuring including communication with internal and external attorneys, clients, loan officers and management-Monitor loan portfolio mix and concentrations and effectively communicate management's initiatives to lending staff-Manage loan review function-Oversee monthly/quarterly preparation of Board of Director reporting-Assist in the preparation and review of Bank's Allowance for Loan and Lease Losses-Coordinate with external examiners -Serves as Chairman of Officer Loan Committee

o Responsible for all areas of management for 450+ employee facilities management organization. Areas of responsibility include: Sales Operations – Environmental Services, Building Security, and HVAC Finance Human Resourceso Providing key leadership to sales team leading to growing company by 52% since April, 2009. This includes $5 million in new commercial and institutional facilities management contracts. Overall company employment grew from 200 to over 450 FTE during tenure.o Created and implemented competitive bidding strategies leading to significant improvement in overall competitiveness, gross profit margin, net profit, and creating an understanding of competitive advantage.o Implemented new lean initiatives leading to significant improvement in operational processes and efficiencies. This includes reduction in direct expenses, increased operating profit margin, and greater customer satisfaction. o Utilized organizational leadership skills to implement several new communication, management accountability and peer support programs.
