🏡 I'm a Realtor in the Denver metro area and I love helping people get to the next phase in life! I love all things real estate, architecture, DIY, investment properties, and house related. It's been said that "home" is one of the sweetest words...I just want to help people get there.🚔 Formerly, I was a police officer in Arvada, Colorado (a Denver suburb). At one point I was part of special unit designed to address criminal trends, homelessness, and quality of life issues in our business district. It’s a rather unique role that involves a lot of connecting with all walks of life for one purpose – to make people and places safe and to improve lives wherever I can. 🎯 Why I did it: Police work has been referred to “a front row to the greatest show on Earth.” It’s fun, exciting, and certainly a challenge. The bond with my co-workers is like none other. I enjoy the massive amount of trust and resources to do my job. Whether it’s responding to a 911 call or connecting someone to a rehab facility, there’s something very fulfilling about being able to help someone who is desperate.🥇 What I’m good at: Thinking critically, communication, problem solving, public speaking, teaching, and content creation. Naturally, my current job requires a high level of assessment and executing a solution. I also do a fair amount of writing, documenting, data collecting, and creating mediums to present critical information. ⏳ Background: Aside from law enforcement, I’m also a former pastor with a lot of experience with public speaking and teaching. The overarching similarity with church leadership, law enforcement, and real estate is the desire to help people. They all have a focus on building rapport, communicating, and helping people get through difficult issues. Except, as a pastor, I didn’t strap on body armor and a gun before I stepped behind the pulpit. I transitioned to law enforcement because it had always been an interest that I wanted to experience. I left law enforcement on great terms and was simply looking for another change of pace. Now, I help people navigate the biggest financial decisions of their life. 🧰 Additional Highlights: REALTOR, Field Training Officer, SFST Instructor, and CIT Coach.
