I have worked as a roleplay actor and/or "simulated patient" for numerous NHS teaching hospitals, the Police services, corporate and non-profit organisations. For the NHS, this work involves acting as a patient with a mental or physical ailment for medical professionals and students to practise their consultation skills in a classroom, simulation or exam setting.Depending on the client, I am often asked to provide detailed, personal and constructive feedback to the class or participant on what they have done well and what they could work on. I am part of the co-operative actor's agency, NorthOne Management. I work as an agent for our professional actor clients, managing the office, connecting with casting directors, theatre, film and television companies companies etc. while also being represented as an actor myself. Duties include: - submitting members for jobs- negotiating & clarifying contracts and chasing payments- reaching out to Casting Directors directly, going the extra mile to push our clients for the right jobs- providing industry specific career advice to our members- training new members in our office systems- sourcing new talent and processing new members' applicationsI have gained valuable office skills as well as industry specific 'behind the scenes' insights, and gained experience on agency specific platforms such as Tagmin and Spotlight.

I have provided the voice on several e-learning modules for Bedrock Learning's GCSE syllabus, teaching English vocabulary, grammar and literature to students and schools who subscribe to their online platform.

I work as an actor on a freelance basis for Interact.

Working as a Creative Workshop Facilitator for the NCS summer programmes, I was responsible for delivering multiple, two-day-long, workshops to groups of up to 120 sixteen-year-olds. The days focussed on storytelling and enterprise skills in preparation for their ongoing outreach work in their local communities. This was a very rewarding role as I got to see the groups grow in confidence in their presentation and creative skills over the two days I was with them.

I welcomed clients into the office and managed their strictly confidential files.
