Using my proficiency with the Biblio, Netgalley and Gorkana systems to support two departments in their administrative duties. This included producing and mailing press releases, contributing to internal meetings and compiling media contact lists. I also scheduled social media copy output for two partner websites, growing both channels during my tenure.

Moving around the organisation into a number of roles and tasks, including writing and editing e-learning scripts, quality testing built learning courses, and collaborating on extensive sales proposals. Whilst at BYG, I liaised directly with clients including Imperial Tobacco, Swiss Re, and UBS.

Managing cohorts of up to 80 young people in a summer course designed to maximise their participation with the wider society around them. By the end of my first seasonal placement I was recommended for an advanced leadership role, one which I filled the following year.

Collaborating to create a segmented marketing strategy with the aim of generating sales to students. Since my internship, our marketing strategy was effective enough that the organisation ran out of bikes in storage by the first month of the following academic year.

During work experience at the Conservative Party Headquarters, I was tasked with revamping the building's administrative database. I completed this within a week, setting-up an Excel spreadsheet to track documents. For the second half of this placement I was entrusted with handling donations.
