I support patients whose desired outcomes are to find work, remain in work and return to work following an absence. This support consists of; CV/Application/Interview support, reasonable adjustments, Wellness Action Plans, return to work planning, advice around having difficult conversations with managers and understanding their employee rights while assisting the service user to understand their contractual terms and conditions.
