Over this period Ben implemented a new warehouse layout and flow along with several new safety measures and minimum standards as well as working with HSE and MUTA in the upgrade of safety RAMS and other documentation. Ben introduced a new management structure to support the business and the employee growth and engagement, invested in training and employee development with a quarterly bonus system created, Introduced a full induction and 3-day training programme for all new employees.
