SCM enables Information Security Continuous Monitoring (ISCM) as part of the Department of Defense (DoD) Continuous Monitoring Strategy – supporting the initial data sets of assets, system configurations, and vulnerabilities (to include Federal Information Security Management reporting requirements).

The project was for the Defense Health Agency’s (DHA) Electronic Health Record (EHR) Core PMO. The scope was the implementation of IBM Integration Bus (IIB) into the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA) System. The integration included new interfaces with Oracle Db (CDR), 3M Tuxedo, Oracle ICAN, Composite Health Care System (CHCS), Bidirectional Health Information Exchange (BHIE), CDR Health Data Repository (CHDR), Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), Veterans Administration (VA) and Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC).

Responsible for inter-operable cost modeling solutions for cost estimating and scheduling. Identified strengths and weaknesses in existing BIM technologies. Developed cost libraries to support BIM practices, defined integration points, defined interfaces and developed standards. Recommended new strategies to facilitate interoperability. Employed parametric cost systems to flush out the costs of elements not included in the BIM. Used lessons learned to establish best practices and standards document to develop and maintain a BIM inter operable models.
