Ben has continued to use this formative experience built on a strong foundation in the Toyota Production System and Japanese leadership style to achieve great results throughout his career.Since leaving Toyota to work for Airbus in 2003, Ben has held a series of leadership and consulting roles in Manufacturing, Health and Safety, Project Management and Business Improvement including, New Product Design, Development and Introduction, across multiple industries including Automotive, Aviation, Tourism, and Food Manufacturing. This extensive experience equips Ben with the skills to deliver continuous and sustainable improvement and lead cultural change.
