As vice chair, I have worked alongside the chair to oversee a time of transition at DRC as we have shifted toward a more equitable community-based model. My responsibilities have included recruiting board members, hiring and overseeing staff, working on our budgeting and programming, and developing systems and infrastructure for the organization.
