Hi my name is Ben and I'm 27 years old. In 2018 I completed my associates of general studies where I participated in many classes. These classes taught me a lot about business management, economics, marketing, accounting, graphic design, Microsoft office, business etiquette and public speaking. Through my years of customer service, I have become very good at connecting with people and building relationships along with being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in an organized manner. After college, I transformed my hobby into a business and became the sole owner and operator of an automotive customization business. Running my own business has taught me a lot about customer acquisition and retention, accounting and data entry, inventory management, warranty procedures, Business to Business relationships, wholesale accounts, attention to detail, and timeline management.
