As a PFR Project Manager my main focus was to manage the end to end delivery of the various different recall projects in the UK and Ireland, most famously the Sony battery recall. As part of an EMEA team my role was to ensure all aspects of the project, from logistics to complaints were managed and resolved in a timely manner. At any one time you could have 7 or 8 different projects on the go.
