As an Administrative Assistant, I wore many hats and supported the TTC and its members in various ways. My responsibilities included designing a line of sustainable clothing to represent the TTC brand, developing a digital retail store for apparel and goods, supporting the TTC Heralds by managing email campaigns, and fulfilling general duties such as outreach to prospective community members, website support, community engagement, designing promotional materials, attending networking events, and providing administrative support.Key Achievements: Designed and created a line of ethically sourced and sustainable goods and apparel to promote the TTC and provide a branded representation of the TTC's message. Developed and supported a digital retail store for selling and marketing the apparel and goods line. Managed email campaigns to promote quarterly discussions hosted by the TTC Heralds, fostering collaboration among travel writers, journalists, and thinkers.Technologies: HubSpot, Slack, Squarespace, Mailchimp, Zoom.Impact and Results: Effectively connected organization members, collaborators, and partners with the materials and resources they needed to succeed. Enhanced community engagement and promoted the TTC brand through various marketing and promotional efforts.Collaborations: Worked closely with marketing teams, company leadership, and the TTC Heralds to support and promote organizational initiatives.
