I’ve worked in nearly every area of the business over the years, from the operations team through to product assessments and installation consulting, so I have a clear understanding of client requirements. These days, my main focus is working with occupational therapists and architects to develop new products and design solutions that overcome complex installation challenges. From developing bespoke ceiling hoists for schools to designing fully-adapted private homes, I help organisations and individuals across the country deliver full accessibility through universal design.
