• Griffith University Industrial Affiliates Program (IAP) Project: Planning of a Recycled Water Scheme for Bulahdelah Sewage Treatment Plant
• Conducted an end use study to identify potential recycled water applications and estimated potential recycled water demands.
• Produced a concept design that included calculating the required sizes of pipelines, pumps and storages as well as the route of the pipelines based on existing infrastructure and services.
• Assessed treatment requirements and risks associated with each application according to National Guidelines for Water Recycling.
• Estimated the costs to implement the scheme and prepared a detailed concept report that recommended the most feasible solution for the problem.
