I am also responsible for handy TIMco how to guides which will be released soon, to allow customers and end users to see how to use our products so they can sell better and use better, as well as TIMco how to videos, which will soon be available, giving viewers a clear and concise instructional video. As a Key Account Manager I have 3 multi national companies that I look after, as well as approximately 10-15 of our biggest spending customers. My responsibilities include negotiating prices, communicating with buyers to provide stock levels and forecasts, making sure their orders are correct, and the whole supply chain works effectively and efficiently for them on every single order they place. Recently I have been allocated our biggest customer account to monitor and work with, and this brings me extra workload and responsibility to adhere to their strict ordering procedures. As well as this, I am working within our marketing department to help design, build and word our new Website that will lead to increased efficiency and automation of our web ordering process, as well as providing much more detailed information for customers.I thoroughly enjoy the personal environment at TIMco, and excellent customer service for all our customers means we continue to grow and become one of the biggest wholesales in the UK. This would involve running reports at night to make sure all jobs had been done that needed to be, and doing them in the morning to make sure nothing was outstanding. I would provide any support and information needed for the engineer to successfully complete his job, so that patients could have safe access to life supporting Oxygen.
