In my role, I work directly with our Practice Manager, Sales, Recruiting, and Delivery teams within Concurrency to run, develop and grow the practice. This role requires resourcefulness and the ability to demonstrate skill in the design and deployment of projects built to solve clients’ business problems. In addition, I directly manage a group of architects and engineers in career development, performance management, and billable utilization.

Develops the architecture, design and standards of Identity Management infrastructures including Active Directory, SAML, Federation of Directories, ADAM, MS Identity Management, Enterprise and Business Directories, Meta-Directories, and Enterprise Authentication, Single Sign-on and Provisioning systems. Establishes standards for Directory, Application, and Enterprise Application Integration interfaces. Is a key player and consultant in the development and implementation of global systems, with significant exposure to clients and interfaces with all levels of management and outside vendors.

Design, develop and execute engineering principles that manage the global operating system configuration, virtual desktop solutions, and client computing compliance standards. Works as part of a team to establish standards for operating system versions, management tools,synchronization and connectivity methods and configuration guidelines for all included environments.Researches new computing platforms and operating system technologies to assist in direction setting and migration path planning. Serves as the lead in Client Computing compliance specification, design and implementation activities.Maintains a close working relationship with the Global Infrastructure Architecture, Global Infrastructure Security, and Business Unit infrastructure and operations representatives. As a Systems Engineer, I am responsible for technical pre-sales support for Symantec's family of software and hardware products. I work as a part of the sales team in a pre-sales role to develop and position solutions involving Symantec's products. Technical presentations and conference call discussions are a critical part of this position. During solution qualification, I help to assess which of Symantec's products meet the prospect's requirements and assist sales in technical qualification. Throughout the proposal process, my role was to articulate and demonstrate Symantec solutions, influence customer's technical requirements, and position products relative to competition. Essentially, I am currently responsible for all of the technical aspects of the proposal development.
