I provide training and guidance to the team. I ensure the quality, reliability, and manageability of our software products in the field. I work closely with development, QA, support, and project managers to continuously improve deployment systems and support processes. I am a Core member of the Support Group Ongoing Education Team, representing Technology support, developing improved educational opportunities for new-hires and employees with diverse training needs.

I am the top level of technology support, bridging the line between our Support and Development teams, both of whom I work with extensively. I am responsible for documenting installation and troubleshooting processes, providing support training on changes to the technologies, and working with development to improve how our applications are deployed.

I performed complex deployments and in-place upgrades for a core ERP application, and a dozen or more associated applications. The infrastructure of these products is built on Microsoft Server OS and SQL technologies.

I provided 3rd party server administration for our clients. My primary responsibilities were the management of our remote backup system, but commonly worked with Virtualization and Microsoft server technologies (Exchange, SQL, Lync Server, etc).
